Current Research

My research focuses on how the human mind/brain learns and processes languages. I am interested in the role of chunking in language processing, and how individual differences such as age and linguistic typology affect chunking in first and second languages. I am also interested in statistical learning, and bilingual cognition. To investigate these topics, I run psycholinguistic experiments and corpus analysis.
