Emanuela Rondi

Research overview

Emanuela Rondi is PhD student at Lancaster University Management School and member of the Knowledge Exchange and Research Group of the Wave 2 Growth Hubs (W2GH) Programme supported by the UK Government’s Regional Growth Fund (RGF). She is supervised by Professor Alfredo De Massis and Professor Sarah Jack.

She received her Master’s degree in Management Engineering from University of Bergamo (IT). Her research interests lie in organizational behaviour and family business. Emanuela's research focuses on the role of social capital in innovation in family businesses. Emanuela is member of Global STEP Project for Family Enterprising founded by Babson College (USA). She participated in the research project "Branding the Family Business- Leveraging stakeholder trust" sponsored by the Institue for Family Business (UK).
