My research project is motivated by resource planning for service industries and combines sequential decision making and risk analysis. I am supervised by Dr Chris Kirkbride (Lancaster University Management School) and Sid Shakya (British Telecom Innovate and Design).

My work is carried out in conjunction with British Telecom as part of the Statistics and Operational Research Doctoral Training Centre (STOR-i CDT).
