As an early academic researcher, my research is driven by the organisational consequences of emerging technologies in general and Artificial Intelligence (AI) in particular. My research pipeline is focused on understanding how AI can influence and possibly reshape organiastional phenomena, like strategizing practices, innovation practices, decision-making, organisational design, and the nature of work.
