Research overview

Interested in short-lived chlorinated substances, including dichloromethane (CH2Cl2) and perchloroethylene (C2Cl4), and how their emissions have changed in recent years, particulary dichloromethane. I use the TOMCAT/SLIMCAT chemistry transport model to optimise emissions of these substanced using recent observations.

In addition I am interested in the impacts of these substances on stratospheric ozone and tropospheric composition.
