N2 - The transition to a circular economy cannot be addressed in isolation and requires adequate circular ecosystem orchestration. Despite the increasing academic attention on this topic, there is limited theoretical understanding and empirical data, particularly in the context of the fashion industry. This study contributes to this emerging field by investigating the mechanisms through which fashion firms orchestrate their circular ecosystems. It uses secondary data from a sample of fifteen fashion firms encompassing different segments to advance toward a comprehensive framework informing orchestration mechanisms, guiding senior managers in this orchestration.
