N2 - This article shares the reflections on carrying out a cross-cultural cognitive rehabilitation intervention with a person not proficient in English. The aim is to highlight some of the challenges experienced throughout the process, along with lessons learnt with regards to improving accessibility for these specific populations. The reflections are shared from the perspective of an Assistant Psychologist (AS), who carried out the intervention under the supervision of a qualified Clinical Psychologist (NZ).
