N2 - Integrating equality, diversity, inclusion, and respect (EDIR) principles into educational practices can be quite challenging. Building on the Students as Partners concept, we proposed and experimented with the SaP 3-e operational system to facilitate inclusive learning and teaching in business schools. From 2021 to 2023, we conducted a pilot study involving students and the teaching team of a cross-departmental business module. This chapter presents practical strategies and empirical recommendations for EDIR-focused teaching and learning practices in business schools. Furthermore, based on the SaP's 3Rs principles (respect, reciprocity, and shared responsibility) and employing a practice-feedback-refinement approach, this chapter promotes a continuously improving educational ethos to prepare business students for more inclusive contemporary workplaces. Beyond its practical focus, this chapter enriches the literature on business education by advancing the EDIR-focused education system. This chapter illuminates EDIR practices, encouraging educators and researchers in business and management schools to further explore and research this field.
