N2 - Servitization implies a customer-centred approach, where value is enhanced through communication and interaction between the parties. The creation, delivery and capture of value in servitization have been widely analyzed within the supplier-customer dyad. However, when moving to a multi-actor level, a gap has been found regarding the challenges that the embedded context in which servitization takes place can have over the distribution and capture of part of the value created.
