Y1Ba2Cu3O7-x films on different substrates produced using a laser spraying method

A pulsed laser spraying method is used to produce Y1Ba2Cu3O7-x films on SrTiO3 (100), SrTiO3 (110), BaF2 (111), LiNbO3 (01̄12), and ZrO2 (100) substrates. The films are superconducting at liquid nitrogen temperatures. The superconducting and structural properties of the films are investigated. The dependence of the properties of the films on the energy density of the laser radiation during spraying is discussed.
