Mahmoud Gad is a Lecturer (Assistant Professor) at Lancaster University Management School with a specialization in Accounting. He is also a member of the Pentland Centre for Sustainability in Business. Dr. Gad earned his Ph.D. in Accounting from the University of Bristol and has formerly held a faculty position as Assistant Professor of Accounting at Tilburg University. Dr. Gad's research interests focus on corporate transparency, ethical business practices, and effective financial reporting. His scholarly contributions have been published in journals such as the Journal of Accounting and Economics. Additionally, his impactful research on modern slavery has been featured in global media outlets such as Reuters and Bloomberg, thereby contributing to public awareness and discourse on crucial ethical issues in business.
