Sebastian Cáceres Gelvez is a PhD Candidate in Management Science at Lancaster University Management School. His PhD research is focused on finding tight lower and upper bounds for the Permutation Flowshop Scheduling problem. He is being supervised by Professor Adam Letchford and Dr Thu Dang.
