Abstract

The authors regret that following errors were identified after the published paper appear online: A number of (∗removed for review∗) flags remain in the published text. These should say the following: We are two lecturers from different scholarly traditions (Rebecca Whittle and Liz Brewster), two professional life coaches (Will Medd and Edith Graham), a senior leader in student services (Hilary Simmons) and an award-winning creative writer (Rob Young). Footnote 6 should be removed as these resources are no longer available at these links. The ‘top 10’ institution referred to in footnote 7 is Lancaster University.
