N2 - The concept of ‘reflective practice’ has many applications in business education, research and practice. However, the theories that underpin this concept are arguably dated and not suited to the uncertainties of the modern world. This chapter explores ways we might use John Boyd’s OODA loop theory to rethink reflective practice and put sustainability at the heart of an inclusive, forward-thinking curriculum.
