This is the python code to run TiVIE light v. 1.0, which accompanies the publication Walach, M.-T., and Grocott, A. (published 2025).

This is a slight amendment to v1.0 after peer review of the paper:

Added plotting controls and refactor mode handling which introduces 'plot_maps' and 'plot_summary' options in the config file and main script to control plotting behavior. Refactors mode 2 and 3 data handling to be conditional on 'highlight_mode', adds a new function 'get_storm_onset_timings', and updates plot colour schemes to align with paper.
