Research overview

My current research interests are based around youth transitions, unemployment and identity. My PhD research explored the self-identities of young people on a course for those who are not in education, employment or training (NEET).

I previously worked as an Educational Research Intern on the 'Opening Doors' project run by the School of Education and Centre for Labour Market Studies at the University of Leicester. The project explored Access to Higher Education students' learning transitions.
